All "In Stock" items are Valid for Returns And Exchange on all unworn, non-damaged items within 14 days. Custom Items Will be Exchange Only .No Refunds. Custom items will be approved before Shipping out, After Approval there are no exchanges or refunds. All Furs are No refund or Exchange
